2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Voxcess hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not convey any ownership rights to you. You acknowledge that the Application contains proprietary trade secrets of Voxcess and agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
